Notre Dame University Hospital , founded in 1960 in Jounieh , is a specialized tertiary care center dedicated to providing quality patient care in all medical fields with the support of highly qualified doctors and paramedical teams.
Due to an established expansion plan and unwavering vision, the hospital has attained an occupancy potential of 130 beds.
The medical staff of Notre Dame University Hospital is composed of specialists in all disciplines, graduates of different national and foreign universities. They are registered at the Lebanese Order of Physicians and governed by the Code of Health and Medical Deontology.
The paramedical staff is composed of nurses, midwives, laboratory and medical imaging technicians, kinesitherapists, dieticians and different health agents.

Notre Dame University Hospital was classified, in 1996, as “A – Five stars “ by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health.
In 2005, Notre Dame University Hospital was classified “ A “ by the Australian Society that was chosen by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health for the accreditation process of the hospitals in Lebanon.
In 2011, Notre Dame University Hospital has been accredited by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health.
Since 2015, the hospital is granted the rank T1 following the evaluation of The Ministry of Public Health based on the norms and standards of accreditation.
